Contact within 7 days of receiving your item.

We are happy to exchange ring size one time if it does not fit on your finger.
We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage to the product.
Tiny scars are one of textile or effect for our jewellery design, not an error. Please ensure that it will not be accepted for a reason for a return.

Pease state your order number, style, and size, the reason, and the photo if it is broken for your return.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as when received with all contents and must be returned via trackable delivery to be eligible for a return.

Once returned the item will undergo a quality control check to ensure it has not been worn/used. 

When we accept the return, a refund or exchange will be issued.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of the following items.
  • All Earrings due to hygiene reason
  • Items that have been damaged
  • Items that have been engraved or resized
  • Items that have been used
  • Items for which a sale item or coupon was used
  • If a box, a pouch, a shop cards and other contents with a jewel were damaged, lost or soiled

OtanO does not refund costs for shipment in case of return.

Returns and exchanges will not be permitted after 5 days from the date of arrival.

If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, please report it to the courier service and OtanO on the same day.

OtanO is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack the goods with utmost care to minimize the risk of cargo damage.

Exchange is only accepted 1 time.
